1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bett777 ("bett777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the bett777 website at bett777.app, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and all associated payment and account services.

Currency conversion fees may apply where a payment is processed in a currency different from your account currency. bett777 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the BDT value of USDT holdings.
4.4 Dormant Accounts
An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. bett777 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances or, after giving reasonable notice, close the account and transfer any remaining balance to a designated responsible gaming fund. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bett777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Account closure requests submitted during an active self-exclusion period may be processed in accordance with the self-exclusion terms rather than standard closure procedures.
8.2 Suspension for Verification

During a verification suspension, you will not be able to place bets, access games, or process withdrawals. 8.3 Closure for Breach
Where bett777 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, abuse, AML concerns, or provision of false information — any funds held in the account balance may be withheld pending investigation. bett777 reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses caused by the player's breach through legal proceedings if appropriate.
8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of your bett777 account for any reason, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any resulting winnings credited to your account balance for withdrawal, except where closure is due to fraud or prohibited conduct, in which case bett777 reserves the right to void open bets. Closed accounts may not be re-opened without bett777's express written consent.
